This type of light emits light in all directions from a single point, similar to a light bulb, but it differs from a normal point light. The intensity of a normal point light falls off quickly (actually, exponentially) as you get farther from the light. Linear Point Lights do not fall off as quickly, so their intensity is greater at greater distances.
