D-Talks! “Android Collection” brings 6 additional android avatars to work with DTalks! software. This is not a morph package or a new Daz character. You need to have the D-Talks! software available here at the Daz Store to run it as an animated AI talking avatar.

D-Talks! avatars are created using the Avatar Studio tool, which is part of the D-Talks! software. With the Avatar Studio, you can create your custom avatars by converting pre-rendered images (sprites) into final DTalks! .sfds proprietary animation format.

DTalks! is a realtime chatbot software that includes local text to speech and speech recognition engines, lifelike talking characters, and tools to create your own avatars by using Daz Genesis figures. Also available is an AI content editor to edit and create your own questions/answers chatbot engine.

Below is a list of the installation package types provided by this product. The name of each package contains a Package Qualifier, which is used as a key to indicate something about the contents of that package.

Not all installation packages provide files that are displayed to the user within the interface of an application. The packages listed below, do. The application(s), and the location(s) within each application, are shown below.

• To use the Talking Avatars in this Collection, first, ensure you have purchased the D-Talks! Software available on our DAZ3D Store to make it talk aloud to you with text-to-speech, speech recognition, and Artificial Intelligence.

• These Avatars come in a file called “character.sfds” To start using it within the D-Talks! Software, please open your D-Talks! Folder installation, and search for the folder \DTalks\modules\agent\characters

• Create a new folder with the name of each new Avatar, so the full path will look like \DTalks\modules\agent\characters\(avatar name)

• Save the file “character.sfds” in this new folder.

• Run D-Talks! Software. Click on the chat's upper left menu icon to open the Setup menu. Use the “Select Character” list box to choose the desired avatar.

• D-Talks! originated from the Virtual Assistant Denise, one of the first digital assistants ever available released in 2007. Fifteen years later, she came back with updated code and new modules.
