HD Bite Marks Bruised Add-On for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Males extends the usage of the base product by providing bruise textures that correspond with the 22 HD Morphs of human bite marks. This is perfect for establishing a human bite that's on its way to healing in terms of storytelling.
CAN WORK AS A STAND-ALONE PRODUCT
While this product is thematically tied to the base product “HD Bite Marks,” the bruises can be used by themselves as shown in several of the promos. So, strictly speaking, this product doesn’t really require the base product. In fact, the bruised textures work better with the HD Morphs dialed to less than 50%.
Whether your character just got bitten and sports a glaringly red bruise or he’s on his way to recovery with the subtle last-stage yellow bruise, the choice is yours!
The pack consists of 2 Geoshell Wearables, 7 Material Presets, 22 LIE Mask Presets, and 6 partial material presets for further customization. The product works with both Genesis 8 and 8.1* Males. While the Materials for the Bruise Stages already apply a specific value to the opacity channel, additional Opacity Presets have also been included to help you refine the final look. And since the presets are applied via a Geoshell, not only is the load time for LIE vastly reduced (as the LIE only applies a mask to the cutout opacity channel), but you can control the look regardless of how your character skin has been set up and you can tweak in a non-destructive way from within the comfort of DAZ Studio's Surface Pane. You can likewise mix and match materials by applying more than one Bruised Geoshell (as shown on the cover).
Likewise, you can experiment by stacking this Geoshell with those in the base product as well!
