Soft Skin Transition Materials for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Females consist of eight Second Skin Material Presets applied to a character via a Transition Geoshell Wearable, which provides a nondestructive workflow when applying the dirt effect on the skin.

This product is not an add-on, but a standalone product. No other purchases are required for the dirt effects to work as intended.

However, Soft Skin Transition Materials have also been envisioned and designed to work as a companion pack to our Soft Skin Transitions and Soft Skin Transition 2 products. So, the LIE Masks & Material Presets of the previous packs are cross-compatible with the LIE Masks and Materials Presets of this product seamlessly.

So now you can mix and match the presets between the packs to increase the combinations and expand the types of skin effects you can create without leaving the comfort of DAZ Studio and without worrying about messing up your favorite character’s settings.

This pack is a great solution to add some wear and dirt to skins, hinting at the struggles your characters have gone through as they explore the world around them. Maybe they narrowly escaped an explosion? Or maybe they've spent days inside a cave or a forest, trying to escape the prowling monsters all around! Whatever the scenario, this pack will help you tell the story!

This utility pack consists of 2 Wearable Presets, 08 Transitional (Dirt) Material Presets, 18 LIE Mask Presets, 4 Opacity Presets and 5 Offset Property Presets.

*Important: While the textures are set to work with Genesis 8 Base Female UVs, we included a Wearable Preset to be used with 8.1 Female Characters. A detailed PDF Guide has been included to guide you through the process of using this product. From its installation to its limitations and workarounds.
