Top Tip: Not all digital items are UV mapped in the same way; you will find that different objects will map the print and doodles in different places, and the scale and offset may need to be adjusted in the shader settings tab to center the effect and get the desired placement.

Additional Details

  • Make sure that you have the object and surface selected before you apply the shader.
  • When adding the writing and print, X ,Z and Y scale and also X and Z offset will need to be adjusted ( best done in the shader panel ) to centre the type or writing.
  • The way the shaders apply will depend on how the object you are applying them too was UV mapped, in most cases it will be simple to adjust but in others it may be more challenging.
  • Print overlays will be added according to the way the object is uv mapped and may need to be adjusted using scale and offset controls in the shader tab.
