Have the perfect street scene but need a bit of nighttime magic to make it that bit prettier? Fear not, Lit Trees - Trees with Fairy Lights for Iray will bring your evening or nighttime scenes to life!

It comes with 4 different styles of trees, including 1 with snow on it for winter scenes, in 6 instant load styles with 5 different light color combinations, as well as the ability to turn off those lights if needed and have the bulbs with a glass texture. It's a diverse little set of lighted trees! Included are the base mats for bark, wires, and snow so you can experiment with your own materials and reset the individual elements, as well as change the color of the bulbs. Also included is a render setting to increase the bloom on your final render so the bulbs appear to glow a little more. This also has an off option too!

With the ability to be used en masse with instancing, the poly count has been kept down as low as possible. Each tree has 1000 lights wound around it, and although intended to be seen in mid-distance or backgrounds, they will work closer to the camera too with some careful positioning and tweaks to the materials. Of course, you can add your own bark shaders to the trees to blend them into your scene as you wish with the knowledge that you can always reset the material later. If you need a nighttime version and one in the daytime, it's no problem — just turn the lights off, change the scene lighting to day, and render away!

Just plant your trees a little deeper than your ground plane and they will light up the scene from the base to the topmost branches with randomly twined strings of multicolored or single-colored lights!

As always, a little goes a long way, and slight variations in the Y rotation and scale will make one model and its instances look like many different trees!
