Additional Details

  • The Geoshell is not necessary for most renders. It is useful for those extreme closeups or portrait shots where you want to add fullness to the hair.
  • The hair is completely poseable. It does not auto-follow the neck and shoulder movements due to the shape of the hair, however, if you use the 'hair' joint you can use all axis of translation rotation and scale to make the hair follow the body smoothly and then adjust the rest as you desire.
  • To apply the different colors, select the hair, and the shell too if it is loaded, then double click on the material you desire. It should apply to both at the same time. The difference in UV mapping between the base and the shell will keep the hair looking full and layered.
