PhilW's Mermaid Hair for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Females is an ultra-long and flowing fantasy style. The way it floats, twists, and waves was inspired by how a mermaid's hair would drift when underwater, but it can be used on any Genesis 8 or 8.1 Female.

There are several preset styles included, and the hair comes with lots of dials to easily style the hair further with each dial to affect the full length of a group of hair strands. The hair is fully rigged so that you can adjust each bone individually to fine-tune it to your pose and your preferences.

Also included are 40 fabulous colors, including realistic and fantasy shades, each with a blend of tones for a natural look, even with the wildest colors!

PhilW's Mermaid Hair for Genesis 8 and 8.1 Females is ideal for when you want to add a dynamic fantasy look to any of your characters!

• PhilW's Mermaid Hair is fully rigged so you can adjust each bone individually to achieve just the look you want, but you might find the preset poses to be good starting points and there are also Bend, Front-Back and Twist dials for each of eight strand groups which affect the whole length of the hair for easy styling. You need to have the Mermaid Hair (not the Hair Cap) selected to apply the style presets. Color presets can be applied with the character, the hair cap or the actual hair selected as these use Hierarchical Material presets.
