Additional Details

  • Hair comes with an optional shell layer. To use, Select the base hair and apply the shell.
  • Materials are set up to work ONLY on the figure selected. To apply to both the base and the shell at the same time, select both parts in the Scene tab and then apply. It is setup this way so that the user can define what they want the individual layers to do.
  • This hair is setup for dynamic use but that is not the primary function of the hair. There are NUMEROUS joints throughout the hair to allow posing. The dials available in the body of the hair for posing are only the simple rotational. For translational and scale adjustments, select the individual hair joints. This should give you a significant amount of motion without need of dynamics at all. For best results, start with the Hair Swing Joint to position the hair around the neck and shoulders, then adjust the center back and the two front to fit around the shoulders. From there, adjust as needed to fit the pose.
  • Dynamic, again is included but it is not recommended for extreme motion. It is recommended to use the rigging to get the hair close to your final desired state and use the dynamics for settling of more motion is needed.
