Including 6 bushes, 2 Laurel trees, a bench, wooden rubbish bin, fountain, lamppost, grass area quadrant with walls and railings, road sign, street name road sign, telecoms cabinet, daisies for quadrant and 9 weeds props, there are also 6 render/lighting presets for various times of day and night. The lamppost comes with several material presets for color and also to affect the lighting. Go for a walk on the new lovely grounds of the Grovebrook Park! Optimised for DAZ Studio and Iray.
