Cloudscape Creator - Hero Clouds adds a suite of individual clouds which can be used on their own or in conjunction with other Cloudscape Creator sets to make beautifully detailed skies in Daz Studio for added effects like fog, mist, smoke, and smog!

Like the Sky Cover clouds, the 12 Hero Clouds included are built using 5 cloud layers. Each of these layers can be scaled or removed the modify size, shape and density.

Since the clouds are made of numerous flat planes the viewing angles are restricted to the from and back of the props. Included are an additional 12 presets which are 90 rotations of the base clouds to make up for this. Simply swap cloud props out for additional viewpoints.

Each of the 24 props come in “Guided” and “Unguided” variations. The Unguided presets load the clouds just as they would as an other prop. Guided presets load with a pair of nulls and restricted axis movements designed to let you position the clouds freely without going outside of recommended viewing angles.

By enveloping your scene inside a Hero Cloud you can also create some detailed foggy atmosphere effects!

• Setting the scale of any layer to -100 will make it infinitely small and remove it from render
• The less cloud coverage there is the faster it will render. Render speed is directly impacted by how many times light will need to travel through opacity in the clouds. Less layers and smaller layers will bother give speed increases, numerous large layers will render slower.
• Hero Clouds are meant to be viewed from the front or back, not from the sides. The included Jitter morphs should help expand viewing angles a bit, but if you need side views it is best replace the cloud used with it's alternate 90 degree rotated version.
