There are pattern overlay options that give you 30 pattern colors with 8 gradient maps and 16 pattern maps. Presets included allow the pattern and gradient maps can be used in the diffuse overlay strength channel and diffuse overlay color channel for a greater degree of variety

Additional Details

  • All fabric has a pattern to it and this was the most common one I found for spandex. It resembles a knitted sweater at full res but spandex is a very fine thread and so to maintain details at the higher tiling, the larger detailed map was made. Also, no two UVs are the same scale so the 1-12 tiling it provided so the customer can easily use it on a wider range of models cause you never know how something was made or how a texture will appear on it. After you apply a color preset from folder 1, go to folder 2 for gloss. The color settings do not overwrite the gloss or opacity channels, mentioned in the promos, so the default setting will remain in play until one of the gloss presets are applied.
  • For the patterns, they are divided up between the diffuse overlay strength and diffuse overlay color. You must apply a strength preset in order for patterns to show up
