Additional Details

  • This is designed for dForce use, but most pieces can be used as conforming.( NOT THE PONCHO that is dForce only) as long as it is used with simple or delicate poses as conforming.
  • The dForce ready poses in the pack are have been created with dForce ready “poses” for the props that go with each Pose. PLEASE USE the Simulation Scene and the preset included in THIS pack. and the simulation plane in the simulation scene has been adjusted for these poses.
  • Due to the heavy nature of the dForce used against 6 pieces of clothing please allow enough time and frames for proper draping simulation.
  • For a more realistic drape on the tunic for some poses use the bones in the tunic to drape it out before simulation and let the draping be gravity driven during the simulation.
  • Be advised not all poses will work with this set more specifically the poncho, and others will need to be adjusted for limb issues in the body.
  • In the poses, WS is Walking Stick, OB is Open Book and BS is Book Stack
  • In the poses, the white figure represents what/who the pose is to be applied to
  • Product works relatively well as conforming and dForce (Except Poncho)
  • Using more than 30 frames (at least 45) will help many simulations
  • Some shapes may work with auto follow
  • Product will not load or work correctly without the figure in the scene
  • Product is made to work with smoothing on
  • Materials have been optimized for Iray and may not look the same in 3Delight
  • Some poses may cause collision so tweaking the pose or the figure's limbs may be necessary
  • Piece made need to collide to another piece, example, underwear colliding with pants, in more extreme poses
  • Unexpected numeric member: version will appear in Log file. This means that is was created in a different version and in no way does it affect the product
  • When changing poses, do not forget to use the Clear Animation/Clear Figure Pose in the Parameter tab under Genesis 8 Female before adding another pose
  • Use of too many adjustment dials at once may cause distortion
  • Material sets included are Hierarchial Presets and are made to apply to all pieces not just one
  • Clear simulation from a scene before using a new pose and simulation
  • Some adjustment dials may be set higher. Please be aware that using them to limits may cause distortion
  • To add in body morphs or character shapes please apply the morphs at the end of the simulation to allow dForce to drape around the morphs as it simulates due to the sheer number of layers in Storyteller.
