The Wild Winds Outfit is your ultimate kitbash dream!

It comes with two different tops, two different dForce compliant skirts, a bolero style jacket with two different sleeve types - one of them also dForce compliant - Leggings, boots and an assortment of prop accessories.

Mutliple wearable presets allow you to load different configurations for ease use, so you can get started right away. On top of that you get eight different texture sets for all parts, including one-click appliable hierarchical material presets for easy accessibility. A collection of partial materials make further customization a breeze. So if you are looking for bohemian style with romantic overtones, gypsy look or even a modern and slick style - it's all there!

  • General Morph Types
  • The two skirts and bolero type sleeves of this product loads with a selection of morphs and control dials (for
  • the shins) designed to help you with fitting it. The morph categories are as follows:
  • - Adjustments: Alter shape and fit of a piece.
  • - Movement: wind, twirl, lift and general movement morphs.
  • - Styles: contains shaping morphs which are designed to allow you to use mulitple outfit pieces together.
  • - Controls: controls movement of the shin parts.
  • How to work with the Wild Winds Outfit and dForce
  • If you want to set up a dForce simulation, please take the following steps:
  • 1 - Load G8F into your scene
  • 3 - Apply one of the full wearable preset with one of the two skirt types and/or bolero type sleeves to G8F
  • 4 - Set up an animation with 41 frames
  • 5 - In frame 1, set a keyframe (click on the little key icon with the plus symbol inside, to the far right end of the bottom icon bar) with Genesis in default pose and your freshly loaded simulation ready wearables preset
  • 6 - Go to frame 10, select a pose for Genesis, then add a new keyframe in pose 10
  • 7 - Go to the Simulation tab inside DAZ Studio and change the following default settings: Start Bones from Memorized Pose - OFF, Frames To Simulate: Animated (Use Timeline Play Range), Collision Mesh Resolution: Viewport
  • 8 - Hit the “Simulate” Button!
  • In case you experience mesh “explosions” during simulations, try to move the keyframe from frame 10 to a higher number like 20 and extend the overall simulation time.
  • You can also try to lower one of the “Stiffness” values in the simulation settings (found in the Surface tab of each dForce compliant outfit piece).
  • Working with the boots
  • In case you are experiencing issues with toe collisions on the boots, please us the included utility “Zero Toes” included in this product inside its own “Utility” folder.
  • How to use the Hierarchical Material Presets
  • These presets will apply the texture set of your choice to dress and pantie at once.

To use them, follow the steps below:

  • 1 - Load G8F into your scene
  • 3 - Apply one of the full wearable preset of dress and pants to G8F
  • 4 - Select the Hierarchical Material Preset of your choice, either from Arki's or Shox-Design's material folder. With G8F selected, simply click on the preset.

Resolved Issues

  • 2019-05-13 - Replaced corrupt texture files, resolved non-selectable pieces, fixed morphs not loading.
