Collective3d Neighborhood Block 1a is the first of 3 parts comprising the Collective3d Neighborhood Block 1 Designed as a standalone product with a smaller CPU and memory footprint, Block 1A contains 10 small suburban neighborhood houses, matching garages, and all lawns, concrete, street, fences, trees, shrubs, utility poles, and street lights.

There is a complete preloaded scene, and also separately loadable houses and garages.
