pwCatch for DAZ Studio 3 (Core)

  • You can find new icons for loading this product in the following DAZ Studio Folders:
    • “Shader Presets:pwCatch_DS3”
    • “Shader Presets:pwCatch_DS3:pwCatch Resources”

pwCatch for DAZ Studio 4 (Core)

  • You can find new icons for loading this product in the following DAZ Studio Folders:

Additional Details

  • To apply pwCatch, have an object and one or more of its surfaces selected, and then double-click either the pwCatch shader preset or one of the shader presets in the pwCatch Resources folder.
  • pwCatch is compatible with DAZ Studio's Hardware Render feature. Surfaces using the shader will only appear correctly in a Software Render.

When using the “Spot Render” tool, the backdrop image may not appear correctly on surfaces with “Use Backdrop” turned on.

Resolved Issues

  • 2013-12-20 - Updated Metadata, moved documentation into ReadMe's folder.
  • 2013-12-3 - Moved presets to Shader Presets folder, for consistency. Updated support scripts to handle gamma.
