The outfit consists of a fashionable pair of sailor's Pants, A double breasted Reefer Jacket and Turtleneck Sweater.

The Pants have wide legs with two large pockets and two decorative stripes running down the sides to give them a long look, a Reefer Jacket of double breasted design with engraved anchor buttons, and a Turtleneck sweater in finely-knit wool with buttons on back and Fisherman Cap complete the look.
