This is the first in a line of products intended for free placement work. It also will work perfectly with Movie Sets, River Front and it's Wharf Area.

This set includes One Figure. Because it is a figure it can be moved rather easy and all the parts go along with your placement. It has a fully detailed interior to give you hours of possible scenes!

Don't be fooled by the simplicity of this product, it comes with a huge amount of controls, including a fully operational elevator that can stop at all 4 levels, First Floor, Docks Level, Second Floor, and Third Floor. The gates on the Elevator both move up and down with limits set. The Gates on each Floor Level open and close as you would expect.There are eight swing doors that function correctly with limits set.

The eight Dock Doors slide back and forth, with limits set.

All of the Florescent Lights have morphs on them to allow the height to change.The Florescent Lights in the Stairwell are fixed.

The main floor was modeled at 6“ off the ground, for more drama on the main entrance, so place your characters accordingly.

The Fence has controls for the Gates as well as switching from one Side to the other, may be hidden for specific scenes that are tight on space.

• Due to the fact that the render engine for Poser is somewhat limited, there is no trade off for quality.

• If you want good detail in your renders, you need to use larger render dimensions. Instead of a small image size like 640 x 480, try something like 1920 x 1080 or even 2312 x 1300 pixels, like I use for some of my promotional images, as set out in the included render settings image with this product.
