|Product Name:||Collective3d Neighborhood Bungalow 1|
The postwar in the US saw an unprecedented boom in suburban residential development. Throughout the 1950s and 1960s, new cities arose to become the standard of living for the American middle class, a representation of the American Dream.
The Collective3d Neighborhood recalls those times, recreating a neighborhood that begins with the farmhouses of the 1920s and flows into the bungalow and ranch style tract houses that defined American living for decades.
Neighborhood Bungalow 1 is a small, tidy brick bungalow similar to those found in the outlying neighborhoods of Detroit. Included is the house and a 2 car garage, as well as the driveway, sidewalks, grass, and street, designed to integrate with other homes in the Collective3d Neighborhood series to form a seamless residential scene perfect for capturing images of everyday American life in the last half of the 20th century!
The Neighborhood Bungalow has been updated from an earlier version, with all new geometry, Iray materials, and over 100 new high resolution texture maps!
Includes Preload files that assemble the scene with and without grass, as well as separately loadable house, garage, and grass. Add your own favorite trees, shrubs, and automobiles to complete the perfect scene!
