Additional Details

  • The weight bars and weights load centered on the X-Axis. You should load the bar and the weights you want before posing anything. Move the weights to the appropriate locations on the bar and then parent them to the bar. If you intend to use the flex pose on the main weight bar, you should parent the weights to the outer end bones.
  • The short bar is designed for two handed lifts, but comes with two morph presets to convert it to an Olympic –sized 2-inch dumbbell, or a more traditional 1-inch dumbbell. You should parent the weights you intend to use before applying the 1-inch dumbbell preset because it will scale the weights to match the modified bar.
