Additional Details

  • Select Genesis 3 Female before loading one of the necklaces, the pendant will automatically load parented to the chain. If you need to adjust it you can do so easily by just moving the pendant prop around with the universal manipulator or the translation dials. If you want to put one of the pendants on a different chain or even a different figure then load your chosen necklace, right click the pendant in the scene tab and chose unparent, and delete the necklace chain. You can then load whatever other chain you want and parent the pendant to it or your figure's chest. Jeweled Finery has two necklaces for Genesis that would work nicely, Heart Jewels for Genesis 2 Female(s) or Glamorous Riva Accessories, and FWX Koichi - Character and Accessories, just make their attached pendants invisible.
  • The rings load parented to the fingers and automatically apply the appropriate fit morph to Genesis 3, you can also manually apply or remove the fit morphs in the shaping tab or by using the included presets. You will likely want to do a little adjustment on the rings with the universal manipulator or the parameters tab for your character shape and/or hand pose. These also can be used on other figures with only minor hassle, Genesis 3 has her hands in quite a bit different position so you'll need to move the rings around a fair bit to get them in the right place, it's easiest to do while your figure is in default T pose. Heart Jewels for Genesis 2 Female(s) includes ring fit morphs for Genesis 2 for her left and right ring fingers, but her fingers are by default a lot closer to round so you shouldn't have too much trouble with her.
  • The bracelets load parented to Genesis 3's forearms, you likely won't need to do any scaling unless your character is significantly larger or smaller than default, but you probably will have to rotate/translate them to fit your wrist bend if it's much out of zero pose. Remember to keep gravity in mind, if she has her arm down the bracelet should rest on the top of her hand, if she has her hand up in the air it's going to slide towards her elbow more. Having the ability to freely move bangle type bracelets like this really improves realism if you take the time.. so please take the time, it really does make a difference. These can also be used on other figures, make sure they're parented properly to the forearms or hands as desired, Genesis 3 has two different forearm bones and the bracelets are set up to parent to the “bend” one, they may not correctly parent or may not automatically parent at all when you load them onto a different figure. Beyond that it's just a question of dragging them into the right spot, it's easiest to do in default T pose.
  • The earrings load as conforming figures “fit-to” to Genesis 3, they are set to be solid and not scale so you shouldn't get any distortion applying different shapes to your figure and they will generally follow along in the correct place on her earlobes. You can adjust them slightly if you feel you need to by selecting one the earrings (or hook for the dangley ones) and just dragging it around with the universal manipulator. Also keep gravity in mind with these, all the earrings have rotations set up logically on the left and right extra bones so it's very easy to do. If you want to use them on a figure other than Genesis 3 Female just load them without having your figure selected, parent them to your figure's head, use the translation dials to get them in basically the right place, then do your fine adjustment on the left and right extra bones as need.
