10 Rooms 3 Halls is a large interior environment for both Poser and DAZ Studio, institutional type setting with corridors and adjoining rooms, and provides a realistic and aged appropriate backdrop for your modern day and recent history type renders.

Technically there are eleven rooms, and there is a short 4th hallway/corridor leading to the back labs. There is also stairs and an elevator. Design wise, there is a front end administration area, and a back area research wing, with a security checkpoint corridor dividing the two, that could be utilized in both the private and public sectors.

Originally designed as an institutional government research facility, these multi-faceted ubiquitous interiors can be used for schools, health care services, police departments, laboratory, and other real world interiors that would have been built in the 1960's 70's and 80's and are still in use today. The place looks dated yet clean, and obviously lived and worked in. The metal ceiling trusses are expose and visible along with the fluorescent light fixtures that hang down from the ceiling bathing the corridors in adequate lights. The 16 functional metal doors all open and close as do the elevator sliding doors at the end of the long corridor.

Each room can tasked with its own function and are large enough and with a high enough ceiling that many potential uses can be incorporated. There are signs above the doors in the hallway, indicating potential purpose and can easily be changed as necessary. The walls themselves also are color coded. The larger rooms have multiple door entrances, allowing to interesting angles and uses.

The stairwell has a flight of stairs leading both up and down suggesting a larger building environment, and the large freight capacity elevator and the other far end of the hallways, provides another means of egress. It is sized to easily accommodate a full sized hospital bed (available separately) if necessary. There are also additional details like ceiling venting, wall boxes for fire hoses, utility cabinets and surface mounted vent fans. There's even a couple plumbing stacks that hint at additional facilities up stairs.

The set also includes some basic furniture props that load with the scene and are included as individual props as well, so you can add as many as your system can handle. They are smart poly count models that provide enough detail for believability yet are still gentle of memory resources. You get office chair, office desk, lab work station, file cabinet, garbage receptacle, wall switch, hanging fluorescent lamp, and corridor sign.

A multitude of camera presets is also included and the promo light set to get you started off quickly. There are also Material files to hide or show the ceiling for easier placement of props and characters. The character figures and hospital bed, are shown for scale and visualization purposes and are available separately in the DAZ store.
