1950's Era Motel exterior 3D environment for Poser and DAZ Studio. This place has seen better days since the Interstate claimed all the traffic in the area. A little off the beaten trail, but the kind of place your dad would have decided to stay at on a family road trip. There's not enough money pouring in for the up keep, but the rooms are clean, if a bit small.
There's a total of 11 rooms available and one front office. But given the modular nature, more can be added. The surrounding hills and secondary road are included as well as the muddied parking area. All the doors open and close, all the windows raise and lower. The picnic tables and oil tank, fencing and guardrails, rocks and grass, come with it too. And the signs, both the free standing one and the wall mounted one are separate props that can be moved or removed. There is a plywood front desk in the first room office and numbers on the doors. Remember to look for the interior motel room furniture addon, available separately.
One thing's for certain, you've seen places like this on TV or in the movies, or locked away deep in your memories as a place you stayed at as a kid. Perfect to hideout or to have a shootout or a rendezvous, this location offer the right balance of secluded Americana. Take a deep breath, there's plenty of fresh air out here and the skydome is included.
